You dont. The pins splined on one end , unfortunatly you have to tap pin out , clean with emery cloth the tap back in , now for the sh 1 tter , if the pin dont come out then you have to heat the hinge upm . Had to do that with mine till i converted to tailgate. T: merry xmas buddy *<>

 

I've purchased another van with barn doors on but want to fit my up and over door on how do u you fit it. Is it hard to fit

 

Patience and a tin of anything that contains graphite. Or Teflon.

 

Mine are the same but on the plus side they don't blow shut in the wind
